Recent performances include Janáček’s Glagolitic Mass with the Cathedral Choral Society, Beach’s Grand Mass in Eb Major and Bach’s Magnificat with the National Philharmonic, Handel’s Messiah with the Atlanta and Alabama Symphony Orchestras and recitals with the Embassy Series. Upcoming performances include the title role in Bizet’s Carmen with Lyric Opera Virginia.
Ms. Wór is a First Place Winner of the Marcella Sembrich and Heinz Rehfuss Vocal Competitions, a Finalist of the Marcello Giordani and Moniuszko International Vocal Competitions, a Metropolitan Opera Competition National Finalist as well as an alumna of the Washington National Opera’s prestigious Domingo-Cafritz Young Artist Program.
In recent seasons Ms. Wór performed with the National Symphony Orchestra, National Philharmonic, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Washington National Opera, Virginia Opera, Memphis Symphony Orchestra, Alabama Symphony Orchestra, Palm Beach Opera, Washington Concert Opera, Atlanta Opera, and New Trinity Baroque, among others.
